Message	I have noticed that the black sealing material falls apart or tears. This is in a variety of cases (engine barely run, engine with lots of miles on it, etc). I'd say to try it at your own risk and plan on having to replace the gasket. If all the delete work has been completed, it's not that difficult to remove the plenum (1-2 hours max).
